In the page module, highlight the page in the page tree.  Then in the work area you can click the pencil at the top of the work area in the gray or you can simply click the "Edit page properties" above the columns.

Properties for each page type can be found on the corresponding page for each type:

• Mount Point
• Link to external URL
• Sysfolder
• Recycler
