To add content onto a new page when you are in Page View you will click any of 7 icons/buttons.

1. New content icon in header bar.
2. New content button just above columns
3. New content button, Left Column (note that after clicking this icon you can change columns).
4. New content button, Normal Column (note that after clicking this icon you can change columns).
5. New content button, Right Column (note that after clicking this icon you can change columns).
6. New content button, Border Column (note that after clicking this icon you can change columns).
7. "Create page content" in the Normal Column.
