There are two ways.

1.  You can look at the upper right of your screen, the select there will eithe show [LIVE workspace] or [Draft workspace ].

2.  Also, if you look at the module menu in Draft, you'll notice that the file/filelist module is absent.  You cannot access files in Draft mode.
