Customer Service and Support provides a single point of contact to DoIT services for CU Faculty and Staff. The Service Desk assists Faculty and Staff with computing questions and problems as well as escalating unresolved problems to appropriate DoIT staff.

For assistance, please contact the Service Desk at 280-1111 and your information will recorded into a ticket which will be routed to a technicial support person who will contact you to help.
To report a large outage with the network or a business critical application after hours (5PM - 7:30AM), please contact 280-1111 option 4. Some applications are supported 24/7, others 14/7 and some only 8/5. If your application is not supported after hours, an incident report will be created for the morning shift.
