What to Bring
If you don't plan on bringing a computer to GameFest, don't worry about it, we've got you covered. We'll have plenty of computers and console systems for you to play on. If you want to bring your own sweet gaming rig, however, take note of this list.
- A computer that can play games.
- You may also use our IBM desktops, but they are limited in number.
- Laptops are fine, but make sure it can play the games you want it to.
- Make sure it has current anti-virus and is virus-free.
- Don't expect to play internet games at Gamefest, this is about LAN games. One internet connection will be shared for all computers so don't expect a fast connection to the web.
- Your monitor.
- Keyboard and mouse.
- All the cables you need for your equipment.
- CDs and product keys for your games.
- Headphones
- Power Strip
- Gaming Devices
What Not to Bring
- Speakers: they won't be allowed.
- Stereos
- Bad attitudes
- Network cables
- Ethernet cables will already be running to every table.
- Alcohol or illicit substances
