Introducing!  The New Campus Portal- September 29; Skutt Student Center Room 105

 

It’s here!  The brand new campus portal has arrived, and is ready for everyone to use.  With a single sign on, everyone can stay connected, be informed, and have all news and events right at your fingertips. The new campus portal is your gateway to Creighton University.  Sign in to the portal once, and you are ready to use all campus applications like BlueLine, BlueQ, and many more! Join us at this semester’s first session, and enter through the doors of the newest technology tool on campus.  Come learn from Stuart Zimmerman, DoIT’s Senior Director for Enterprise Applications, as he provides insight into the portal’s history, and how this system is such a true benefit for our community.

 

HR Self Service:  Important Updates! - October 28; Skutt Student Center Room 105

 

Extra! Extra!  Read all about it!  Come to the October Breakfast Bytes session and learn all about it —Updates that is.  There are many new updates with the HR Self Service Tool.  Along with viewing our pay slips online starting in November, the HR Team has lots of updates to pass along such as employees can manage/update their own addresses and phone numbers from the site.  This session will be a presentation by the Self Service team as well as a hands on working session.  Computers will be available to make updates and changes that you learned during the presentation.  Come to this session and learn just how the HR Team has made the Self Service tool a true benefit for the campus community. 

 

The New Student Email:  In the Know Information- November 24; Skutt Student Center Room 105

 

 

Did you know that students will have a different email application?  Did you know that this will give faculty and staff on campus increased mailbox sizes?  When is it happening?  What are the plans?  And lots more information!  There are questions about moving students to a new email application, and DoIT can provide you with the answers.  Please join two members from the email migration team, Bryan McLaughlin and Lori Gigliotti as they share valuable information about this important move that will put you—In The Know.
