Services performed for Creighton University by employees of the University are compensated through the employee's salary, whether monthly or biweekly. In special cases, employees may receive additional cash compensation from the University for other services performed, including research stipends, service awards, and other awards. To comply with IRS regulations, all special payments to employees for these services performed must be processed through Payroll. No exceptions can be allowed from this policy.
