A big change is here. Creighton transitioned to the Federal Direct Student Loan program beginning with Summer 2010 classes.
Welcome to Creighton and the services offered by the Financial Aid Office. We coordinate the aid opportunities for all of Creighton’s four undergraduate and five graduate/professional schools/colleges, so there are very few students we do not touch. We help to administer over $200,000,000 in student aid each year from federal, state, institutional and private sources.
The material covered on this website is designed to provide you with the background information needed to apply for financial assistance and understand the types of student aid options Creighton offers. Use the pulldown menus at the top of this page for all financial aid information.
Our homepage is your door to many other important websites and sources of information. The majority of your questions will be answered there, but if not, always feel free to contact us by using the appropriate e-mail addresses as shown below. We’ll reply to your request as quickly as is possible. Naturally, we’re happy to visit with you personally when the need arises.

Warning: A company called College Financial Advisory in San Diego is sending email notifications to students and parents requesting a $59 check in order to process financial aid for the 2010-11 academic year. This is NOT a request from the Department of Education or from Allegheny College. The company is using a logo that looks very much like the U.S. Department of Education logo, emails a “report” that looks very much like the FAFSA Student Aid Report, is using a telephone number very similar to FSA’s toll free number, and is using terminology (such as the “Student Aid Profile Form”) that is very misleading. Students and parents are NOT required to pay a fee for financial aid processing and should disregard any correspondence they receive from this company.
