Creating an environment that is safe and free from sexual violence, discriminatory harassment and discrimination speaks to the Creighton University community's commitment to the dignity of all persons.  When members of our community become aware of a situation where sexual violence, discriminatory harassment, and/or discrimination may have occurred, they are strongly encouraged to report this information to the Office of Equity and Inclusion.  All faculty and all staff with supervisory or leadership responsibilities or responsibilities related to student welfare are required to report sexual violence, discriminatory harassment, and/or discrimination to the university.

There are several resources available to individuals on this site including a link to the university's Mandatory Reporters Policy.  If you have questions or if you are in need of additional information, contact the Office of Equity and Inclusion at 402.280.3189
