They fill out the recommendation and it is delivered to us electronically.

Supporting Documents
The latest feature of the online application is after you choose your program, on page 2 will be listed the admission requirements (upload fields, # of recommendations, etc.) for THAT program.
1. Recommendations: Have submitted on your behalf three (3) recommendations from people who are qualified to judge your academic abilities. Work supervisors who can judge your academic capacity may be used as alternate reference sources.
- Applicants to the Nursing program must submit at least one recommendation from a nursing employer or supervisor.
- Christian Spirituality applicants - recommendations should come from those who can address the applicant's life of faith and prayer

2. Official transcripts: Send official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate work previously attempted. Request the registrar of each higher institution you have previously attended or are attending to send a complete official transcript of your academic record directly to the Graduate School Office.
3. Scores (GRE, LSAT, GMAT): School code is 6121. In general, GRE scores are required for admission to the Graduate School at Creighton University. Exceptions include the MBA program, which requires submission of GMAT scores; and the Negotiation and Dispute Resolution program, which will accept GRE, GMAT or LSAT scores. The GRE is NOT required for admission to the graduate programs in Christian Spirituality, Liberal Studies, or Nursing. In addition, the graduate program in English requires the GRE English subject test only.
To register for the GRE examination, contact the nearest Sylvan Learning Center or contact the Educational Testing Service for information on the closest testing center. If you have taken the GRE within the last 5 years, you may ask that a copy of your scores be sent to Creighton University. U.S., Canadian and Puerto Rican applicants may call 1-888-473-7267 to request scores; applicants from all other locations should call 1-609-771-7290. There is a charge for this service. If you have an earned master's degree, the GRE may be waived, at the program director's discretion.
4. International Students: If you are an international student and have a degree from an institution where English is not the first language, you must submit both GRE and TOEFL examination scores. To find out the location for these examinations, you may contact a regional registration center.
