Any student that applied for a travel fund request and has attended their conference should contact Clay Carter, the GSG financer officer, as soon as possible. Students will need to turn in receipts from the conference in order to receive their reimbursement, if approved. Contact Clay at ClayCarter@creighton.edu.

The student government is still in need of members to serve on the following committees: elections, service, and student life. If you are interested, please contact the GSG secretary, Kenesha Broom at kenesha.broom@gmail.com to get you set up with the appropriate committee chairperson:

Completely Kids Service Idea

Hey Grad Students! Do you have a special talent, hobby, or interest? We want to volunteer with an organization called ‘Completely Kids’ that focuses on developing kids and families outside of school time. Our plan is to organize a few different presentations to entertain and teach the children and/or families. This can include anything from teaching chess or painting faces to magic shows and music lessons. Be creative! We will welcome any crazy ideas you may have- kids are interesting in learning just about anything (as long as it’s interactive & fun)! Please contact me if you are at all interested! Downtown Shuttle

The downtown shuttle is back!  CSU is providing a shuttle to downtown Omaha.  Check out CSU’s homepage for the schedule.  The shuttle runs on the weekends starting at 9:00 p.m. and will run through the route for the last time during the 1:00 a.m. hour.
