GSG PRESIDENT’S UPDATE ~ Fall 2009

On behalf of the Creighton Graduate Student Government, welcome (or welcome back) to Creighton University!

The Graduate Student Government (GSG) is your connection to Creighton University. The GSG acts as a liaison between the University and the graduate students. We are here to provide academic, social and service events to allow you to meet others within the Creighton community. The GSG is also in charge of allocating student rebate fees and addressing any issues that may arise within the Graduate Student body here at Creighton.

We invite you to get involved in GSG. First, consider becoming a representative. Representatives serve terms of one semester, attend a monthly meeting and participate on one of our committees. Representative applications are currently available for the Fall 2009 semester. The second way to participate is to become an Executive officer. We hold annual elections at the end of October for Executive positions including President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and CSU Representative. We highly encourage you to become involved in this great organization! GSG is committed to the graduate students at Creighton University. If there is anything that you may need while you are here at Creighton, please feel free to let us know.
