We hope the resources listed below will assist you throughout your education at Creighton. They are listed in alphabetical order. Don't see what you need? Let us know at gradsch@creighton.edu or use the search button above to search the main Creighton web site.
BlueLine: The online learning system at Creighton is called BlueLine and it can be accessed at https://blueline.creighton.edu. You will need to log on with your NetID and password.
Bookstore: The bookstore is located in the Harper Center on the main floor or access them online.
Campus Dining: There are many options on campus for dining including cafeterias, a bistro, a grill, a food court, and a coffee shop. More information is available here.
Campus Maps: http://www.creighton.edu/maps/ The Graduate School is in building #27, Creighton Hall (formerly the Administration Building) on the main campus, room 132.
Career and Academic Planning Program: The Creighton Career Center is available to assist students in clarifying, developing, and implementing career goals. Their website can be accessed at www.creighton.edu/careercenter.
Collaborative Ministries: This office provides spiritual formation opportunities that strengthen personal and communal growth. Their office is in Creighton Hall, Room 110 or visit their website.
Creighton ID: Card Services, which is located in the Harper Center, Suite 1094, will process your Creighton ID for you. You must be an active student and registered for courses to get an ID. See their web site for details http://www.creighton.edu/adminfinance/cardservices/. Harper is # 51 on the map.
E-mail: You also have access to Creighton’s e-mail system, available at: http://cumail.creighton.edu. To log in, enter your NetID and password. We recommend checking your Creighton e-mail frequently.
Financial Aid: For information on financial aid, please visit their web site at: www.creighton.edu/financialaid and click on How do I Apply? Their office is located in the Harper Center, if you need to visit them.
Fitness Centers: Two fitness centers are available (please see their links for more information regarding student access):
Graduation: Everything pertaining to graduation is performed through the Registrar. Please see their site - www.creighton.edu/registrar.
Health Services: Provides health services and counseling - website.
Housing information: On-campus housing information: Residence Life, 402-280-2717, e-mail residencelife@creighton.edu, web site www.creighton.edu/residencelife. Students who wish to live off-campus can check with Residence Life for information on rentals in the area. However, the actual arrangements for off-campus housing are left to the individual student. The university is not responsible for the off-campus rental agreements between students and their landlords.
Information Technology: The IT area at Creighton is called D.o.I.T. (Division of Information Technology) and the student help desk is located in the lower level of the Reinert Alumni Library. Contact information:

Libraries: Creighton University has three libraries:

Parking: If you will be attending class(es) on campus and they are night/evening courses, you should NOT have to buy a parking sticker. Parking tends to free up in the evenings. If you do decide to buy a parking sticker, you would need to visit Public Safety at 2204 Burt Street, phone number 280-2104.
Public Safety: Public Safety works in partnership with students, faculty and staff to help and protect people, secure property, solve problems and enhance the quality of life on campus. See their website for more information.
Registrar: Also through the Registrar website, in addition to transcripts and graduation/commencement, are course listings, academic calendars, bulletins, and student-related forms.
Registration and Grades:
- New Students: The first time you register for courses, the Graduate School must do this. In subsequent semesters you will receive a pin number for your advisor or program director and you can register online. So, this first time, either have your program director e-mail us with your courses, or you can stop by the Graduate School. We will need to know your NetID and the CRN or subject and course number, as well as preferably the section number or letter.
- Current Students: Obtain your pin # from your advisor and register through NEST.
Student System:
- New Students: We will send you notification regarding your NetID. You can access the online student system at: https://thenest.creighton.edu. The first time you log in put in your NetID and the default password is doit@____ (the last four digits of your social security number). International students should call the help desk at 402-280-1111 for password assistance.
- Password change: To change your password: go to: https://ami.creighton.edu/index.php?loginBox=1 and click Login. On the next screen click on Change Blue Password and follow the instructions.
- NetID: Remember your NetID and password, as you will need them to access any system within Creighton. In the NEST system you will be able to see which courses you are registered for, course specifics, tuition and fees owed, etc. You will not get a paper bill – everything is done electronically. If you have problems logging in, please contact the Division of Information Technology (DoIT) at 402-280-1111.

Withdrawals and Refunds: When withdrawing from course(s), students should notify the Dean's office in writing (e-mail is acceptable) - gradsch@creighton.edu. The Resource Booklet (link is at the top of this page) lists the tuition and fee percent charged schedule.
Writing Center: This service is available to all of the Creighton Community and more information is available on their website.
