ILD 899 On-Campus Residency Opportunities

ILD 899e: Start the Dissertation Process February 7-8, 2015

The Interdisciplinary Ed.D. Program in Leadership is offering an on-campus residency February 7-8, 2015 for ILD 899e.  This residency is a wonderful opportunity to reunite with old friends, make new connections and explore the Dissertation in Practice process in a community setting.   

This course addresses the following: 

  • What is a Dissertation in Practice?
  • The essentials of the Dissertation in Practice journey.
  • Developing a clear, feasible real-wrold professional practice topic
  • Developing a problem statement and purpose statement

Attendees receive one credit hour and tuition fees apply. Registration procedures also apply.     

For those unable to attend on-campus, ILD 899eis also offered online. 

 

ILD 899: Dissertation Writing Workshop February 5-8, 2015

This course is meant for students who are near their proposal or have propsed their dissertation.  Students will work on their dissertation without distractions during these days.  They will be able to review their work and motivate each other.  Students also have the opportunity to perform mock-presentations and receive constructive feedback from peers and faculty.
