Campus Requirement
Students will be required to be present on campus for a Learning community meeting that will provide an opportunity for relationships and community building among students and faculty. During the on campus learning community meeting the following items will be addressed:
2nd Cohort (May and August 2011)
1. Establish relationships among students, faculty, and advisors
2. Present the philosophy and mission of the Interdisciplinary Ed.D. Program in Leadership
3. Ignatian Pedagogy
4. Review of outcomes, expectations and program requirements
5. Navigating through the program
6. Distance education via online classes
7. Review Gallup StrenghtsQuest (students will complete prior to on campus requirment)
8. Develop Individualized Professional Development Plan (IPDP)
1st Cohort (January 2011)
1. Meet with students, advisors, and faculty
2. TaskStream training
3. Portfolio Management
4. Practicum Overview
5. Dissertation expectations
6. Create a video on your experience
