Interdisciplinary Ed.D. Program in Leadership

“This is by far the best program I have been in in terms of the faculty, the university, and the overall quality of the program.” -Mohammad Paknejad, electrical engineer, current student, Cohort #6

True leaders do more than just help an organization become successful—they institute and lead changes that benefit society.

Creighton University's online Interdisciplinary Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) Program in Leadership builds on the university's Jesuit, Catholic tradition of social justice, self-reflection, and service to create leaders with the vision, commitment, and know-how to become agents of transformational change.

Taught by Creighton faculty from the fields of arts and sciences, business, pharmacy and health professions, medicine, nursing, and law, the online Ed.D. program offers a unique interdisciplinary view of the field that is applicable across a range of industries, especially business, education, health care, government, the military, and non-profit.

“On the record, Creighton University is one of the most caring and supportive schools top to bottom.”  Dr. Debora Sepich,  Assistant Professor, Class of 2014
