The Interdisciplinary Doctorate of Education in Leadership consists of sixty (60) semester hours and a required masterís degree. All students complete the 30 hours of the Leadership core program: 21 hours of core courses, 9 hours of seminars and Interdisciplinary Practicum; 15 hours of elective credits, and 15 hours of research and dissertation. Students also tailor the Interdisciplinary Practicum experience and Dissertation to focus on their particular professional/workplace interests.
