Curriculum

The Interdisciplinary Doctorate of Education in Leadership consists of sixty (60) semester hours and a required master’s degree. All students complete the 30 hours of the Leadership core program (21 core courses), 9 hours of seminars and Practicum, 15 hours of elective credits, and 15 hours of research and dissertation. Students also tailor the Practicum experience and Dissertation to focus on their particular professional/workplace interests.
