Hand-In-Hand

Hand-In-Hand is an annual event held at Creighton University where adults with disabilities from the Omaha area are invited to come and spend the afternoon with Creighton students. Volunteers partake in different activities with the adults to help make this event a memorable experience. This year it was held on Sunday April 3rd and the Creighton University Women's Soccer Club was one of the student organizations given the opportunity to join in this extraordinary event. They ran a shooting booth for the participants that gave them the chance to shoot a ball into a small goal to win prizes. The women's team was blessed with this incredible opportunity to work with the adults with disabilities and to show a genuine love and care for those with special needs.
