Mission of HS-MACA

Creighton University Health Sciences – Multicultural and Community Affairs is a recognized leader in the training and development of a diverse health care workforce that seeks to reduce health disparities through innovative research, culturally proficient education, with empowerment of the community through interactions and engagement.
Goals of HS-MACA
- To serve the needs of the minority in the Health Sciences Schools University by providing support and retention services.
- To support the efforts of the Health Sciences Schools to increase the number of underrepresented students
- To promote and cultivate diversity awareness to the entire campus community
- To train culturally competent students, faculty, and staff
- To provide compassionate services to the underrepresented and underserved of the local community
