I understand that models delivered to me via this service will be issued (checked out) under my Library Account, and I accept fiscal responsibility for damages to or loss of the model upon receipt.

Model Delivery Rules

Hours of Delivery are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

There will be no deliveries on University holidays.

Request Received: Monday-Thursday after 3:30 p.m. can be delivered by 4:30 p.m. the NEXT day if model is available.
