To support the long-term health and wellness of our employees, Healthy Dining Guidelines were developed to offer nutritionally beneficial food and beverages when utilizing University funds. In addition, a Healthy Dining Guide has been created to assist you in selecting a healthier menu.
The Healthy Dining Guidelines are designed and are to be utilized when ordering snacks, lunches, and meals funded by University budgeted dollars and when dining services are provided by Flavours Catering/Sodexo. These guidelines are to be utilized for University sponsored staff and faculty meetings/events.
By selecting healthy food options for your on-campus meetings we can all work together to achieve a healthier workforce.
For a second year, Wenninghoff Farm is offering it’s Community Supported Agriculture to the employees at Creighton! During the program, Wenninghoff’s will deliver a bag of FRESH produce to the Labaj Building where you can pick up your bag of produce by 4:30 p.m. on Thursdays! They grow over 40 varieties of produce and will try to include at least 4 different items each week in your bag. Check out the attached flyer and membership form for more details and to sign up!
