Tobacco-Free You
Creighton University became a tobacco-free campus on July 1, 2008. Creighton is dedicated to providing a healthy, comfortable and productive living and working environment for faculty, staff and students as well as for our clients, customers and visitors. Our mission calls us to improve the health of the individuals and communities we serve. This website is intended to provide information, resources and educational materials to help people understand the policy and obtain support for tobacco-cessation.
"We believe we have a responsibilty to take a leadership role on this major health issue and promote a healthier environment by becoming tobacco-free," said the Rev. John P. Schlegel, S.J., University president.
