If you enroll in dental, here is some information you may find helpful.
Remember, MetLife does not send out dental cards.
- When you go to the dentist’s office, tell them you have MetLife dental coverage
- Our MetLife group number is 307647.
- The office should log on to MetLife’s provider website (see below) to verify coverage and submit your claim.
- Most claims should be filed by your dental provider online, but in case it’s needed, the claims address is: Group Dental Claims, P.O. Box 981282, El Paso, TX 79998-1282
