myHR - Recruitment and Applicant Tracking System

At Creighton University we want the recruitment and onboarding process to be an exceptional experience not only for those applying to the position, but also for those users of the system, such as hiring managers and search committees. That is why the University has transitioned to the new Recruitment and Applicant Tracking System. With this upgrade, candidates will experience a smooth application process also available on their mobile device, along with advanced communication messaging with job alerts and onboarding features. For hiring managers and search committees, they will have access to view the status of the position approval process, as well updated manager dashboards and candidate profile access.

Within myHR hiring managers will now have access to their open positions and candidate information via an icon on their home dashboard. With easy single sign-on, managers can login to myHR with BLUE Credentials.
