Instructions: Complete the online form below and submit it ONLY ONCE. After you have submitted your online application, you will receive an email message confirming that your application has been received (typcially within 3-5 business days).

To complete your Proposal to Study Abroad, you will also need to submit additional supporting documentation to the OIP (Harper 4036). Incomplete Proposals will not be reviewed. Once your COMPLETE Proposal to Study Abroad is received, you will generally receive an email notification within 2 weeks regarding the status or your Proposal.
