Attend the annual Study Abroad Fair to meet with representatives from programs around the globe. Past Creighton students who have studied abroad will also be in attendance to answer your questions and share their expeirences with you.

Passport Processing Center 2012
In conjunction with the Study Abroad Fair, the Office of International Programs (OIP), invites representatives from the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to attend the fair and host a "Passport Processing Center" for individiuals needing a NEW passport, or first-time "adult" passport. NOTE: Passport renewals cannot be processed at the Passport Processing Center. The entire Creighton Community is welcome to take advantage of this opportunity, including students, faculty, stafff, and family & friends.
Walk-In's will be welcome on the day of the passport processing center, however advance appointments are strongly encouraged. Appointments will be scheduled in 15-minute increments. Indivdiuals with pre-scheduled appointments will receive priority assistance.

PASSPORT APPLICATION INFORMATION

**NOTE: Pricing below is subject to change. Check with USPS for most updated information and pricing.
1.TWO passport photos (You may have them taken by the Post Office at the processing center for $15, or check the yellow pages under Passport and Visa Services for photographers)
2. Original certified copy of your birth certificate with the raised embossed seal for the state in which you were born.
Original Naturalization certificate, if you are not a US born citizen.
3. Current, valid government photo ID, such as Driver's License/State ID, Military ID, Consular ID. If you are not a resident of Nebraska, you will need to bring a second form of id (your Creighton id card is an acceptable form of secondary id).
4. Photocopy of BOTH sides of identification you will be presenting, (see website for specific information regarding copies) We CANNOT make copies for you, you must bring them in with you.
5. DS-11, Application for US Passport
(DS-11 form will be available on-site; USPS reps will also be available to assist you in completing the form)
6. If your name has changed FOR ANY REASON, ie, divorce, marriage, you MUST bring in supporting documentation.
For applicants 15 years old or younger, BOTH parents must be present WITH the child. If one parent is not available, you MUST have a notarized statement as to why he/she cannot be present. Unavailability due to work, is NOT acceptable. Applicants 16 years old and older MUST be present with one parent.
Passport cards are available only for use for travel by land or sea between the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda. It is not for air travel. If you need to expedite a passport card application, an additional $60 will be charged + $18.30 for overnight delivery to the passport agency. Turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks.
PAYMENTS AND FEES:
Cash and check are acceptable forms of payment. 2 checks (make one check payable to "passport services" $110-adults; $80-children; make second check payable to "postmaster" for $25). If paying with cash a $1.10 service will will be added. CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Turnaround time for normal processing is approximately 4-6 weeks. If you need to expedite your application, an additional $60 is required + overnight RETURN delivery, making your total to passport services $184.96, for an adult passport, and $154.96 for a child. The payment to the postmaster will be $25 + $18.30 for overnight service TO the passport agency, for a total of $43.30. Expedited service is a 2-3 week turnaround processing time.
