At Creighton Law School, we hold a two-day orientation program to assist our 1L students with the transition to law school. All incoming 1L students are expected to attend the orientation program. Dress for orientation is casual.
Orientation will be held on August 16 & 17, 2012. Parking for the first day of Orientation is available in the top deck of the parking garage located at 21st & Cass Streets. The entrance to this level of the garage is located on 21st Street. For the second day of Orientation, 1L students may use their parking permits and ID cards to access the student parking lots, including the first and second levels of the garage located at 21st & Cass Streets.

What to bring to Orientation:
1. A photo ID (such as a Driver’s License). This is needed to obtain your student ID card.
2. Your vehicle make, model, and license plate number (to obtain a parking permit)

Student ID Cards:
All Creighton Students are required to have a Creighton Photo I.D. Law Student Identification Cards may be obtained in the Harper Center, Room 1094. You must provide a photo ID (Driver’s License) to obtain your Student ID Card. A block of time during Orientation is dedicated to obtaining your Student ID Card. Or, you may also obtain your card prior to Orientation by stopping by the ID Card Office.
Parking Permits:
Public Safety will be in the Law School during Orientation to distribute student parking permits. The cost for a 2012-2013 parking permit will be published in June 2012. (The cost for a permit for the 2011-2012 academic year was $294.00). The charges will be automatically included on your tuition statement. If you do not intend to purchase a parking permit, you will need to waive your fees online via your NEST account. Additionally, you will need your license plate number and vehicle make and model when you pick up your permit.
