Mr. Batenhorst received his B.S.B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Creighton University in 1973. He was the recipient of the Spirit of Creighton Award. He received his J.D. degree from New York University in 1976 and he was a Staff Member and Associate Editor of N.Y.U. Review of Law and Social Change. He is currently a partner with the Omaha law firm of Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP, where he practices in the areas of Franchising, Real Estate, Mergers and Acquisitions and Public Finance. From 1983 to 2001 he was in house Counsel for Godfathers Pizza, Inc. of Omaha.
