Mr. Menicucci is an associate at the Omaha office of Husch Blackwell LLP. He practices in the areas of securities, corporate governance, private investment funds, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Menicucci received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame, and graduated cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 2007. Prior to law school, Mr. Menicucci served as an Armor officer in the U.S. Army, a unit leader at Nestle Waters North America, and lean and six sigma leader at General Electric Healthcare.
