Thomas C. Riley

Mr. Riley is the Douglas County Public Defender. He received his B.A. degree from St. Michaels College in 1972 and his J.D. degree from Creighton University in 1975. He has been a public defender since he graduated from Law School, as a deputy and then as Chief Deputy Public Defender before his election to the head position in 1996. He is the 2000 Creighton University School of Law Alumni Merit Award recipient.
