Robert F. Rossiter, Jr.

Mr. Rossiter received his B.S. degree in Management from Purdue University in 1978 and was a cum laude graduate of Creighton University School of Law in 1981. While at Creighton Law School, he served as Executive Director of the Creighton Law Review and was initiated into the Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honor Society. Mr. Rossiter was a Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable C. Arlen Beam of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit who, at the time, was United States District Judge for the District of Nebraska. Mr. Rossiter is a litigator and for over twenty five years has represented employers in labor and employment matters. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Eighth Circuit Bar Association and past Chair of the Eighth Circuit Advisory Committee. He is also past Chair of the Federal Practice Committee for the District of Nebraska, as well as a past Chair of the House of Delegates of the Nebraska State Bar Association, and past Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association. He has been named as a Fellow in both the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American College of Labor and Employment Attorneys. Mr. Rossiter has been listed in Best Lawyers in America, since its 1995 edition, in the practice area of labor and employment law. In addition, Mr. Rossiter has been recognized by Chambers USA, America's Leading Business Lawyers in the field of labor and employment law and has been designated a Great Plains Super Lawyer by the Journal of Minnesota Law and Politics for the years 2007 (Top 25) and 2008. Mr. Rossiter has previously taught Employment Discrimination and Legal Research and writing at the Creighton University School of Law.
