Daniel J. Wintz

Dan Wintz is a shareholder in the Fraser Stryker PC LLO law firm and heads its Tax Practice Group. His practice focuses on the areas of estate planning and probate, trust and estate administration, business succession planning, employee benefits and executive compensation, and nonprofit and charitable organizations.

He is a 1972 graduate of The University of Chicago with a degree in Tudor-Stuart British Intellectual History and a 1975 graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln College of Law. He is active in numerous tax related Sections of the American and Nebraska State Bar Associations as well as numerous legal and civic organizations.

After graduation from law school, he was a Second Vice President in the Estate and Trust Division of the Omaha National Bank, a Senior Vice President of SilverStone Group, Inc., a Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Denver, and has been a shareholder in the Fraser Stryker Law Firm since 2003. He is a frequent presenter and author on tax motivated transaction and planning topics. He has been repeatedly recognized as being among the Best Lawyers in America.
