David is a shareholder at Koley Jessen P.C., L.L.O. and a member of the Firm?s Litigation and Employment, Labor and Benefits practice groups.  He has litigated a variety of commercial cases in both State and Federal Courts, including complex class action lawsuits and appeals.  In addition to litigating ERISA class action suits in federal court, he assists clients with compliance, maintenance and planning aspects of qualified retirement plans.  David earned his law degree from Creighton University School of Law magna cum laude in 2005 and his bachelor?s degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1993.  While at Creighton, David also served on the Board of Editors of the Law Review and International Moot Court Board.
