Associate Dean for Administration and Finance and Professor of Law. Dean Birmingham worked for the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C., from 1964-1967; was a Visiting Professor at Creighton for the academic year 1967-1968 and an Assistant Professor at the University of South Dakota School of Law from 1968-1970. He joined the Creighton faculty in 1970 and previously served as Associate Dean from 1977- 1985. He has participated in professional education courses in Nebraska, South Dakota, and Iowa. He became Associate Dean for Administration and Finance on January 1, 2010.
