Kristine A. Karnes
Kristine A. Karnes is a 1998 graduate of Creighton Law School, and has a B.A., with honors and distinction, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is a visiting assistant professor of law. She is Of Counsel with the law firm, Kutak Rock LLP, where previously she was a partner and an associate. At Kutak, she serves as counsel to corporate entities and financial institutions in a variety of areas, including data processing contracts, credit card services, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other banking regulatory areas. Prior to joining Kutak, she worked as an attorney for First National Bank of Omaha. She is on the Board of Directors for the Nebraska Humane Society.
