derick L. Abboud, Jr. is an Assistant Counsel for Contracts with West Corporation. Fred was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in September of 2005. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Creighton University in 2002, and graduated cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 2005. While attending law school, he served as Executive Editor of the Creighton Law Review, served on the Domestic Moot Court Board, and represented the law school as a member of the Creighton Student Union. Fred currently teaches Legal Writing and Lawyering Skills I and II at Creighton University School of Law, and is a member of the editorial board of the Nebraska Lawyer magazine. He is the author of the following works: Frederick L. Abboud, Jr., Glover v. Ms. Biehl received her B.S.B.A. in accounting, suma cum laude, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1996. Ms. Biehl subsequently attended Creighton University School of Law, where she was a student articles editor and published member of the Creighton Law Review. After graduating cum laude in 1999 from Creighton Law, Ms. Biehl served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Kenneth C. Stephan of the Nebraska Supreme Court. Thereafter, Ms. Biehl practiced law for three years with Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP in Kansas City in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law. Upon returning to Nebraska, Ms. Biehl served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Michael J. McCormack of the Nebraska Supreme Court. Currently, Ms. Biehl works in the Regulatory Affairs division of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. Ms. Biehl drafts policies and other ancillary agreements to comply with state and federal insurance laws and acts as a liaison between the company and state departments of insurance, negotiating contracts as well as legal and regulatory issues impacting policy language and administration.
Assistant Dean for Career Development, received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication in 1993, and her Masters of Arts degree in Rhetorical Criticism and Argumentation in 1995 from Colorado State University. After teaching on Creighton's main campus for three years, she began her law school career. She graduated with her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, in 2001. She was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar in August 2001. While at Creighton Law School she was the Champion in the Domestic Moot Court Competition, earning Outstanding Oralist for the Tournament, and she was also the President of the Domestic Moot Court Board. She joined the administration of Creighton Law School, after serving four years as an Adjunct Professor for the Legal Writing Program.

Kimberly Lammers, JD, CPC is the Compliance Officer for the Nebraska Methodist Health System, and serves as the Privacy Officer for Jennie Edmundson Hospital, which is an affiliate of the Health System. Ms. Lammers has practiced health care law for over ten years, and prior to serving as the Compliance Officer for Jennie Edmundson Hospital and the Nebraska Methodist Health System, she was in private practice as an associate with the Corporate Health Law group at Kutak Rock LLP. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, is licensed to practice law in both Iowa and Nebraska, serves on the Executive Committee of the Women and the Law Section of the Nebraska Bar Association, is a member of the CLE Committee of the Nebraska Women’s Bar Association, and is Vice President of the Iowa Society of Healthcare Attorneys. Ms. Lammers is also a Certified Professional Coder and a member of the Omaha Chapter of the American Academy of Professional Coders. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Dakota, magna cum laude, with University Honors, majoring in Classical Humanities (Latin and Roman History) and Political Science. She received her law degree from Creighton University School of Law, summa cum laude. While at Creighton, she was a Student Articles Editor on the Creighton Law Review.
Ms. Lammers was a former adjunct small section writing instructor at Creighton from 1999 through 2002. She has served as a supervising attorney for the Creighton Externship Program since 2008.
Aimee L. Lowe received her B.A., in Art, with honors, at the University of Iowa in 2001. Thereafter, she attended Creighton University School of Law, whereby she won the International Moot Court competition, served as President of the International Moot Court Board, and worked as assistant to Nancy Lawler Dickhute, Director of the Legal Writing Program. She graduated, cum laude, in 2006. Upon graduation, she served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable John F. Irwin of the Nebraska Court of Appeals. Currently, Aimee is employed with the law firm of Telpner, Peterson, Smith, Ruesch, Thomas and Simpson.

Mr. Real is a 1995 graduate, magna cum laude, of Creighton University School of Law, where he served on the Creighton Law Review and the Domestic Moot Court Board and was a member of Phi Delta Phi; and a 1993 graduate, magna cum laude, of Creighton University School of Business Administration.
Mr. Real has served as a career judicial staff attorney for the Nebraska Court of Appeals since 1995. He has been teaching in the Legal Writing and Lawyering Skills program at Creighton Law since 1999, teaching in the non-traditional program since 2002. He is a member of the Legal Writing Institute, a national organization of legal writing and skills instructors, and serves on the LWI website committee as the liaison for regional and national legal writing and skills conferences. He will be the coach for Creighton School of Law's National Moot Court Team during the 2008-09 academic year.
