Dear Partners in Ministry,
Well, we're halfway through November, and apparently we're still in one piece! Tonight is the read-through of my new Mass setting, Mass of the Body of Christ. Looks like we'll have nearly 35 people there! I'm very excited to share this new setting with you and get your feedback.

THE WORD OF GOD: And so, we bid 2009 adieu, at least in the liturgical sense. As we do each year, we conclude Ordinary Time by celebrating the extraordinary; we remember that when we celebrate Christ's death and resurrection, we also rejoice in knowing that Christ will return in glory.
MUSIC FOR THE LITURGY: A powerful feast deserves powerful music, no? From the traditional "Alleluia, Sing to Jesus" to Roc's stirring "Jesus the Lord," to Bob Dufford's "Behold the Lamb of God," we pray with dramatic statements of faith this week.
