  • Alpha Phi Omega
    Co-ed service fraternity that develops leadership, promotes friendship, and provides service to humanity through various service projects.

  • Amnesty International
    Protests human rights abuses by writing letters to government authorities on behalf of political prisoners thoughout the world.

  • Gay Straight Alliance
    Fosters a safe place for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgener, and straight allies to meet and support one another.

  • Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter
    Non-Profit organization which strengthens our community by building homes for families in need.

  • NAACP
    The Creighton Chapter of the NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored Peoples) is part of the College division of the National Organization of the NAACP.

  • Peace and Justice Cooperative
    Works for justice in order to bring about peace in the Creighton community, Omaha, and the world.  Helped bring Fair Trade Coffee to Creighton!

The CCSJ often works closely with other departments and organizations in the Creighton community. 

  • Eileen B. Lieben Center
    Sponsors events addressing women's issues and provides resources for women on campus.  Volunteers can help plan and organize events, make posters, and post them around campus.

  • Multicultural Affairs Office
    Sponsors and coordinates many multicultural programs. Intercultural learning programs, leadership opportunities and more.

  • Residence Life
    Responsible for all students living on campus.  Students get involved through Inter-Residence Hall Government.
    • Hall Service Faith and Justice Coordinator
      A group within Inter-Residence Hall Government involved in Service and Justice issues in Residence Halls and working with each hall's Community Partner.
    • Cortina Community Application '08-'09
      The Cortina Community is a service-learning, living-learning program for selected sophomore students based on four distinct values: Community. Service. Faith. Justice.. The 28 women & 28 men living on 5th floor McGloin Hall will engage in weekly service, service-learning courses, and reflection in a communal setting.
