Fundraising
Thanks to all who have supported the Service Trips this year. Without your help these trips would not be possible. If you are interested in the labor auctions (you can purchase students to work for you for either 2 or 4 hours) or in giving a donation, email Kelly Orbik
Over 200 eager students will be accepted and start to meet in prepartion for their service trip with one of 30 host partner communities across the country. These trips provide incredible experiences for students to participate and learn from our national and local community. Here are some ways students raise funds:
There were 2 raffles this year- combining the prizes from our past Auctions- a great way to have a chance to win some incredible prizes at a great bargain! Students will gladly come visit your department to sell tickets, or you can mail a check to the ccsj office and we will send you your ticket stub!
Direct Contribution
An opportunity to support the SBST scholarship program to help students who could not otherwise participate and to support our general costs.
The Spring Break Service Trips program is student-funded and student-led. The actual expenses are more than $260 per person per trip. We charge students $230 and seek donations for this difference and for scholarships. We want to give a BIG "Thank you!" to all our donors and supporters. For many students, this powerful experience simply would not happen without your support, and we do appreciate it!
