The 2009 NJSLC Conference Planning Team wants to create an intentional, reflective and fun experience for all delegates.  Through our time together we will look at how we can discover, develop and deliver our time, talents and gifts with our larger communities.

What kind of leader do you have the potential to become? What do you have to offer your community?

How do you take it to the next level? How do you balance your leader life?

How are you going to influence your community? How are you going to be an agent for change?
