Creighton University's College of Nursing congratulates you on your decision to pursue your nursing education with us! Nursing is an excellent career choice. Well-educated nurses are in demand. The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects a 22 percent increase in "new RN positions" will be created through 2018. That is more than 581,500 new nurse positions.
Nurses have the opportunity to save and improve lives, to teach people how to achieve better health and to advocate for patients to ensure they have the best possible health care.

Full acceptance into the College of Nursing is a two tiered process:
- Academic acceptance based on established criteria and review of application; (Admission Requirements)
- Receipt and approval of the "Safety and Technical Standards" form
Current students must continue to meet those safety and technical standards yearly.

Conditions of Enrollment for all undergraduate and graduate Nursing programs are considered following successful acceptance into the College of Nursing.
