Immunizations Compliance | Completion of immunizations required of all Creighton University Health Sciences students. - View the website of Creighton University Student Health for necessary information. Participation in clinical experiences will be denied if these immunizations are not completed.

BLS Certification | - Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) on entry into the program and throughout the program is required. Courses sanctioned by the Red Cross ("Basic Life Support for the Professional Rescuer",) the American Heart Association ("Health Care Provider") or The National Safety Council are accepted.
- Courses should be labeled "professional level" and include instruction on use of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- For traditional/transfer students. BLS certification is required just prior to enrollment in junior level clinicals so that students will remain current through graduation.
