Creighton University College of Nursing offers three academic programs leading to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Our Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) offers several specialty track options. The College of Nursing is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and approved by the Nebraska Board of Nursing. Accreditation is an indication of public approbation, attesting to the quality of the educational program and the continued commitment of the sponsoring institution to support the program.
Our BSN Traditional program is designed for beginning or transfer college students. Undergraduate students are admitted directly into the Creighton University College of Nursing their freshman year and need not reapply once accepted.
The BSN Accelerated program is a rigorous one-year option designed for students who have already completed a non-nursing undergraduate or graduate degree.
The MSN program prepares graduates for advanced practice competencies.
