How is a work order placed into Facilities Management? How do I view its status?

How is a work order placed into Facilities Management? How do I view its status?

A Customer Request may be submitted online by contacting your department’s designated Requestor or contact Facilities Management directly at 402-280-2780.   If your email address is filled out in the Contact Information on the Customer Request form, you will receive an email each time the status of the request/work order is changed, i.e. approved or completed.  You may also contact Facilities Management by phone.
