Welcome! Thank you for choosing to take part in this study.
We are asking for your participation in a study being conducted by The Department of Psychology at Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska. Taking part in this study is completely voluntary. This study is examining internet behaviors and related personality traits. Each volunteer will be asked to answer a series of demographic questions, questionnaire about your use of the internet and then three brief questionnaires about your interpersonal relationships. Please be aware that you will not be allowed to go back after you have viewed any of the pages in this study. Therefore, your attention to the questionnaires is crucial. If you have any question about the research, research subjects’ rights, or in case of a research-related injury to the subject, please contact Dr. Matthew Huss at (402) 280-3773.

Risks of Participating in the Study
There may be some minimal risk involved with participating in this study. You may feel emotions that may be distressing because of issues that are brought out while reading the questions. Benefits of Participating in the Study
There are no benefits to the individual from participation in this project. The benefit to society is to understand and prevent the development of intrusive internet endeavors.
