The Events Management team within the Marketing and Communications Division coordinates numerous all-University, alumni and philanthropic-related events that strengthen the ties to the University's external partners, celebrate the University’s accomplishments and highlight the University's image and identity.

Each year, leadership identifies the events this team will manage, ranging from commencement to chair inaugurals and alumni and donor events. These events create the opportunity for valuable interactions between staff, faculty, students, alumni, donors, elected officials, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
