Deliberations in murder trial near

The only witness called to the stand Friday morning was Dr. Daniel Wilson, the defense’s expert witness. Hotz has pled not guilty to murder and seven other charges by reason of insanity. Wilson is the head of the psychiatry department at Creighton University, where he teaches and sees patients.
