Chorus hires new artistic director

The River City Mixed Chorus has hired A. Barron Breland as its new artistic director. Breland, an assistant professor of music at Creighton University, holds a doctorate in choral conducting from Indiana University and degrees in music theory and choral conducting from Indiana and the University of Georgia.
