Creighton Receives PRSA Honors
The Nebraska Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America awarded 82 Paper Anvil Awards to a variety of public relations firms, agencies, professionals and students for public relations activities earlier this month. Creighton University received three awards of excellence reserved for outstanding entries that did a superior job of meeting the stated goals and in achieving results.
More than 100 entries were received from across the state for the annual competition’s three broad categories: print, communication and electronic. The entries were judged by local public relations professionals and media representatives.
Receiving awards of excellence, the highest achievement were:
- Magazines: Creighton University Magazine
- External Communications Program: The Willing to Lead Case Statement
- CD-Rom: Creighton University’s School of Law
